About the Role
GBJ BUZZ PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR And Technical HR Executive who can identify, attract, evaluate, and hire top technical talent while supporting the complete employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical roles, recruitment processes, employee engagement, HR operations, and startup culture.
As a Technical HR Executive, you will work closely with engineering, operations, and management teams to build high-performing teams that contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate technical and HR interview rounds.
Manage onboarding, employee documentation, and HR records.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and related HR documents.
Maintain recruitment trackers and HR databases.




Support employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations.

Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of Frontend, Backend, Full Stack & AI roles.
Recruitment and interview coordination.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri & ATS platforms.
Valuable organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, BCA, MCA, or a related field.
MBA (HR) is an added advantage.
Freshers with strong communication and learning ability are encouraged to apply.
