Voorent is building the future of furniture and appliance rentals in India. We help people furnish their homes without large upfront costs while creating a seamless rental experience through technology and premium products.
We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and wants hands-on startup experience across business development, operations, and content creation.
ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
Reach out to property brokers, real estate consultants, and channel partners.
Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, and field visits.
Build partnerships with builders, co-living spaces, corporates, and relocation companies.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain CRM records.
Assist in customer onboarding and sales coordination.
Operations
Coordinate with customers before and after deliveries.
Help schedule deliveries, pickups, and installations.




Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Track payments, documentation, and customer requests.
Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer support.
Social Media
Shoot behind-the-scenes content and customer interactions.
Assist in creating Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
Edit simple reels using CapCut, VN, or similar apps.
Support content planning and execution for social media.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident speaking to customers and partners over phone.
Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, and WhatsApp Business.
Basic video editing skills are a plus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced startup environment.
