Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Business Manager – BBPS & UPI Payments to join our growing fintech team. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to digital payments, BBPS ecosystem, UPI products, and lending operations within the NBFC/Fintech industry. The role involves managing partnerships, driving payment business growth, handling merchant/client onboarding, and supporting lending-linked payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Partnerships
• Drive business growth for BBPS and UPI payment solutions
• Identify and onboard new merchants, aggregators, and strategic partners
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, payment gateways, and fintech partners
• Explore new business opportunities in digital payments and lending ecosystems

BBPS & UPI Operations
• Manage end-to-end BBPS and UPI payment operations
• Coordinate with internal product, tech, compliance, and operations teams
• Monitor transaction success rates, settlement processes, and reconciliation




• Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of payment solutions

Lending & Fintech Coordination
• Work closely with lending and collections teams for payment-related solutions
• Support repayment collection journeys through UPI AutoPay, BBPS, and digital channels
• Understand customer payment behavior and recommend process improvements

Compliance & Reporting
• Ensure adherence to RBI, NPCI, and regulatory guidelines related to payments
• Prepare MIS reports, transaction analysis, and business performance updates
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–4 years of experience in BBPS, UPI Payments, or Digital Payments domain
• PGDM / MBA qualification preferred
• Prior experience in NBFC or Fintech industry is mandatory
• Lending/payment collection experience preferred
• Valuable understanding of NPCI, RBI guidelines, and payment ecosystem
• Strong communication, stakeholder manageme
