Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Manager – Credit Card to drive credit card business growth and partnerships within our fintech ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in credit card products, lending operations, customer acquisition, and portfolio management within the NBFC or Fintech industry.
The role requires robust business acumen, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work closely with banks, fintech partners, and internal teams to scale the credit card business.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth
• Drive acquisition and growth of credit card business across multiple channels
• Identify and onboard strategic partners, DSAs, aggregators, and corporate alliances




• Develop and execute business strategies to increase card sourcing and activation
• Build relationships with banking and fintech partners for co-branded and lending solutions

Credit Card Operations & Lending
• Manage end-to-end credit card onboarding and customer acquisition processes
• Coordinate with underwriting, risk, and operations teams for smooth customer journey
• Monitor card activation, utilization, repayment trends, and portfolio performance
• Support lending-related initiatives linked to credit card products

Customer & Portfolio Management
• Analyze customer behavior, spending patterns, and repayment performance
• Work on retention, engagement, and cross-sell strategies for existing customers
• Handle escalations and ensure seamless customer experience across the lifecycle

Compliance & Reporting
• Ensure adherence to RBI, NPCI, and regulatory guidelines related to payments
• Prepare MIS reports, tran
