Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly professional, proactive, and technology-driven Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to Founder. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional organizational, communication,



and writing skills, along with the ability to leverage AI-powered productivity tools to enhance operational efficiency. This role demands a high level of discretion, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the calendar, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and daily schedules with precision.
Draft, review, and manage professional emails, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and business correspondence.
Utilize AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, AI-based calendar management platforms, and presentation-generation tools to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
Conduct research, compile information, and prepare concise reports, presentations, and briefing documents for executive meetings.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, partners, and external stakeholder
