Experience – 3 to 8 Years
Job Description
Manage customer complaints and RMA processes
Lead failure analysis (FA) and resolution of field returns
Drive 8D reports and customer communication
Track and improve customer quality metrics (DPPM, PPM, warranty returns
Collaborate with internal teams for root cause and corrective actions




Support customer audits and quality reviews
Ensure timely reporting and closure of customer issues
Analyze field data trends and reliability issues
Participate in customer meetings, QBRs, and escalation handling
Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions (8D, CAPA)
Monitor and improve supplier performance metrics (PPM, DPPM, OTD, COPQ)
Work with suppliers on process capability improvement (Cp, Cpk)
Support new product introduction (NPI) and supplier readiness
Ensure compliance with quality systems (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949)

Required Skills & Competencies
Solid knowledge of quality tools: 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan
Strong knowledge of customer quality processes and complaint handling
Expertise in RMA management and failure analysis
Familiarity with reliability testing (HTOL, HTSL, etc.)
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Strong analytical and reporting abilities
