About the role
As a Business Partnerships Executive, you will own the commercial relationship with our bus operator partners across North and West India. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of operators — driving revenue, retention and service quality while leading contract negotiations and account strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building trusted,



long-term partnerships and turning them into measurable commercial growth.
What you'll do
Own and grow a portfolio of bus operator partner accounts, acting as their main commercial point of contact.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue to cost & KMs targets.
Lead high-level commercial negotiations, including pricing, commercial terms and contract renewals.
Resolve partner and client issues promptly to protect satisfaction, retention and long-term loyalty.
Manage contracts end-to-end and maintain accurate CRM records, agreements and partner documentation.
Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue, utilization and service quality.
Analyse account performance and prepare commercial reports and presentations for internal and partner stakeholders.
What you bring
