About the Role
Ethical Den is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive – IT Online Bidding to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying international business opportunities, submitting winning proposals,



and building long-term client relationships across leading freelance and B2B platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and PeoplePerHour.
Analyze client requirements and prepare customized proposals, cover letters, and Scope of Work (SOW) documents.
Communicate with international clients to understand project requirements and present suitable solutions.
Negotiate project budgets, timelines, and milestones to close deals successfully.
Coordinate with technical teams for project estimation, pricing, and delivery planning.
Maintain daily records of bids, follow-ups, and sales pipeline activities.

Required Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in IT Online Bidding, IT Business Development, or Pre-Sales.
Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour.
Good understanding of Website Development, Mobile App Development, Custom CRM, Enterprise S
