We are looking for a agile and results-driven Manufacturing Technology Project Manager, APACto join our Project Management Department. This position is based in Bangalore.

About The Role

The Manufacturing Technology Project Manager – APAC is responsible for leading and supporting the regional Operations strategy by driving the development, implementation, and standardization of advanced manufacturing technologies and processes for molded elastomer parts, O-rings, multi-component products, Rubber-to-Metal (R2M), Rubber-to-Plastic (R2P), Liquid Silicone Rubber-to-Plastic (LSR2P), plastic components,



and other strategic manufacturing initiatives.

This role plays a key part in advancing the Process Development Center (PDC) concept by leading process innovation, conducting applied research, optimizing manufacturing processes, and aligning technology development with the product line strategy. The position focuses on identifying, evaluating, and implementing state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies to improve productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and operational excellence across the APAC region.

The role also ensures effective project management, process documentation, knowledge transfer, technical training, and the deployment of best practices to support global manufacturing standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
