About the Role:
Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for a supply chain professional who can support with planning and executing supply chain activities to ensure smooth operations across multiple restaurant locations. You act as a bridge between procurement, operations, logistics, vendors, and internal teams to keep the supply flow efficient.

Roles/Responsibilities:
Inventory Planning & Control
Forecast demand based on outlet consumption and sales trends.
Plan inventory levels to avoid shortages and minimize wastage.
Material & Warehouse Management:
Track & improve key metrics:
Transfer of stocks between stores
Stock outs & fill rates
Vendor service levels & fill rate %
Stock-holding days at outlets & warehouses
PO accuracy
On time deliveries at store within time-windows
Ensure accurate & timely POs for consumable and assets through ERP
Lead and manage warehouse team performance, including training and adherence to processes
Enforce 100% compliance with existing SOPs and develop new SOPs where required
Ensure strict adherence to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) in storage and dispatches
Cost Reduction:
Manage vendor contracts and ensure best-in-industry pricing
Lead negotiations with vendors
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work with operations, finance, and Store teams to align supply with business needs.
Experience & Education:
3+ years in supply chain/logistics, preferably in foodservice/QSR
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Business
Salary
Upto 12 LPA depending on experience
