Job Responsibilities

Develop plastic, sheet metal, machined, and cast components considering manufacturability and

assembly requirements.

Prepare component, sub-assembly, assembly, manufacturing drawings with GD&T; annotations.
Generate and maintain Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM).
Support Recent Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) activities.

Engineering Analysis & Validation

Conduct DFMEA and support DFA, DFM, FEA, Tolerance Stack-up, and Design Validation

activities.

Perform tolerance stackup analysis using Excel and Monte Carlo methods.
Support product validation activities including DV, PV, environmental, vibration, durability, and

reliability testing.

Collaborate with CAE teams to optimize product performance.

Change Management & Documentation

Understand and implement Engineering Notices (EN), Engineering Change Requests (EC
