The Opportunity
As the Head – HR Centre of Excellence,



you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of Kapiva's people journey.
This is more than a functional HR role—it's an prospect to build the people's architecture that will enable the company's next phase of growth. You will lead the design and evolution of scalable people practices across Organisation Design, Talent Management, Total Rewards, HR Technology and Employee Experience, partnering closely with business leaders to create a high-performing, future-ready organisation.
