Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for planning, creating,



and managing social media campaigns across platforms to strengthen brand awareness for Me N Moms and Mee Mee, drive engagement, and support customer acquisition. Day-to-day tasks include developing platform-specific content calendars, coordinating with design and content teams, publishing posts, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns through Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques. The manager will respond to community interactions and queries, maintain brand voice, and collaborate with marketing, product, and retail teams to align social media initiatives with broader digital marketing and promotional strategies. The role also involves staying current with social media trends, competitor activity, and analytics to recommend new ideas and report regularly on campaign performance.
