About The Role
We are building our performance and growth marketing function and need one sharp, data-obsessed operator to own the complete revenue funnel — from paid acquisition through website conversion to customer retention. High ownership. Direct access to leadership. Built-from-scratch opportunity.

What You Will Do
Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
Own and drive key performance metrics including revenue, ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate
Lead Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) initiatives across landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows
Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, targeting, and funnels to improve campaign performance
Collaborate closely with creative, content,



and product teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
Manage and scale D2C campaigns via Shopify-integrated channels
Set up and monitor tracking via GA4, Google Tag Manager, and server-side tracking
Execute retargeting and lifecycle campaigns to reduce drop-offs and improve repeat purchases
Able to navigate challenges with running campaigns for sexual wellness brands
Explore and test new acquisition channels and formats for growth
Analyse performance data and share insights and actionable reports
Track competitor strategies and stay updated on trends in the beauty, personal care, and wellness space
Build and manage email and WhatsApp flows for retention marketing
Segment customers and develop personalised journeys using CRM/CDP tools
Own repeat purchase rate, LTV, and churn as core business metrics

Who You Are
3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (D2C/e-commerce preferred)
