Job Description – Packaging & Dispatch Supervisor

Department: Packaging & Dispatch
Location: Wada, Palghar, Maharashtra





Key Responsibilities
- Supervise packaging, loading, unloading, and dispatch activities.
- Lead and coordinate a team of packaging workers to ensure timely completion of daily dispatch schedules.
- Ensure all materials are packed safely to prevent scratches, dents, or transit damage.
- Coordinate with internal team for smooth material flow.
- Visit external vendors (such as powder-coating vendors) to verify completed material, apply identification stickers, and coordinate dispatch activities.
- Ensure correct identification, segregation, and site-wise arrangement of materials before dispatch.
- Supervise vehicle loading and ensure materials are loaded safely and in the correct sequence.
- Prepare and verify packing lists, dispatch records, and shipment details using Microsoft Excel.
- Share dispatch details with project coordinators through WhatsApp and email.
