About The Role

As a Strategic Implementation Lead, you will drive the successful onboarding and expansion of Uber for Business' most strategic customers across APAC. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless launches, maximize adoption, and unlock long-term value for clients. The role sits at the intersection of operations, strategy, and customer success, directly impacting revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end onboarding of strategic Uber for Business clients across APAC, ensuring seamless and timely launches
Partner with customers to define success metrics, drive adoption, and optimize usage
Collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to deliver best-in-class customer experience
Identify growth and expansion opportunities during and after implementation
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions to maximize value
Deeply understand U4B's products and solutions to deliver customer trainings, webinars and troubleshoot customer issues

Basic Qualifications





4+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in client-facing role (implementation, consulting, account management or similar)
Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SaaS, tech, or platform-based environments
Robust problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solution
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Ops)
Fluency in English and Hindi; additional APAC languages are a plus.
