Role Description The Assistant Retail Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for supporting daily operations across the retail showroom and related customer touchpoints.



This role includes supervising store staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that customer interactions align with IDC’s design-focused brand experience. The Assistant Retail Manager will assist in driving sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing inventory accuracy, and supporting promotional activities. The position also involves resolving customer queries, tracking customer satisfaction, and providing feedback to management on store performance, product trends, and service improvements. The role requires close collaboration with sales, design, and operations teams to deliver a seamless and professional retail experience.
