Role Brief

We are looking for a Studio Head to build and scale ChtrStudios into a high-impact content and production engine. This role requires a leader who can drive revenue, shape creative vision, and build scalable content properties in partnership with brands and creators.




You will be responsible for turning the studio into a profitable, idea-led business, while elevating the quality and ambition of everything we create.

This role reports to the MD and CEO, Mr. Raj Mishra (Ex Country Head, TikTok)

Roles and Responsibilities

Revenue & Business Growth
Own and drive end-to-end revenue for ChtrStudios across projects, retainers, and IP monetization.
Lead large-format pitches for branded content, ad films, and creator-led campaigns.
Develop recent revenue streams through IPs, branded series, and content franchises.
Establish long-term partnerships with marquee clients and category leaders.
Work closely with founders on pricing, deal structuring, and P&L; ownership.

Creative & Production Leadership
Define and lead the creative vision and output of the studio.
Collaborate with creators and brands to co-create original content properties.
Oversee end-to-end production, from ideation to execution.
