Role Description The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for managing end-to-end client interactions for luxury wedding projects. This role involves responding to inquiries, conducting consultations, understanding client requirements, and coordinating expectations throughout the planning and production process. The Client Relationship Manager will maintain regular communication with clients, handle updates and feedback,



and ensure a smooth experience from initial contact to project delivery. They will work closely with the photography and cinematography teams to align timelines, logistics, and deliverables, and support contract management, invoicing, and follow-up for referrals and repeat business.
Qualifications
Strong client service and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present offerings clearly and handle client queries professionally.
Need to have experience in wedding industry.
Basic understanding of photography and cinematography workflows, or willingness to learn, to communicate effectively with creative teams and clients.
Previous experience in event management, hospitality, luxury services, or creative industries is an advantage.
