Product Training Manager - Trauma

Role & Responsibilities

What you will be doing :

Design and develop comprehensive training programs focused on Orthopaedic implants(trauma & spine), covering product knowledge, surgical techniques, and patient care protocols.
Create training materials such as presentations, videos, and manuals to support the delivery of training programs. Ensure that content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards and best practices.
Conduct training sessions for sales employees, dealers, healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff, both in-person and virtually. Utilize various teaching methods and technologies to effectively communicate complex concepts and techniques.
Provide clinical support and guidance to healthcare professionals during surgical procedures involving Orthopaedic implants. Offer assistance with case planning, implant selection, and troubleshooting to ensure successful outcomes.




Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and deliver training programs for new product launches. Ensure that healthcare professionals are adequately trained on the features, benefits, and usage of new implants and instruments.
Stay updated with advancements in Orthopaedic technology, AO courses, associations, surgical techniques, and clinical research. Incorporate recent knowledge and best practices into training programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, performance metrics, and observation. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the quality and impact of training initiatives.
Ensure that training programs adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, including those set forth by regulatory bodies such as the CDESCO, ISO, CE, USFDA, ANVISA and international regulatory
