Experience Required

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Head to lead our residential rooftop solar sales division.
This is a leadership role responsible for building, training, and managing a team of Solar Sales Executives while driving revenue growth. You will establish sales processes, mentor team members, monitor performance, improve conversion rates, and work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record in solar sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to create a scalable sales engine.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Building & Leadership
Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor Solar Sales Executives.
Develop a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular coaching sessions, field visits, and performance reviews.




Set individual and team sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
Create career growth plans for team members.
Sales Management
Drive residential, commercial, and housing society rooftop solar sales.
Monitor the complete sales pipeline from lead allocation to project closure.
Review quotations and proposals before submission when required.
Assist the team in handling high-value prospects and complex negotiations.
Improve lead conversion rates and reduce sales cycle time.
Ensure CRM is consistently updated with accurate sales data and forecasts.
Strategy & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Identify current market opportunities and growth segments.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion.
Build relationships with channel partners, architects, builders, housing societies, and key influencers.
