This position is responsible for providing support to production management team for quality monitoring, auditing, for quality process enhancements & continual improvements, prompt engineering & AI deployments. This position is under the direct supervision of a Sr. Manager - Quality and is regularly mentored by experienced leader. This is a developed role for specific advanced skill-set / specialization, as needed for production operations,



focused on bringing about wide spread improvements & settings high performance standards for production & management processes. This role involves extensive cross-functional and international interaction

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide data collection & statistical analysis support to multiple projects imbibing the value of data driven decision making
Convert business requirements into actionable deliverables.
Foster culture of process re - engineering & simplification, innovation and continual improvements
Help capture ‘best practices’ / ‘lessons learnt’ and drive knowledge sharing for wider utilization
Support development / enhancement of quality and related management initiatives for enhancing global production performance
Utilize advanced problem identification tools and process improvement methodologies
Contribute towards organizational lean savings targets by Identifying small improvement opportunities, conduct workshops & report out improvements & savings to Management team.
