What You Will Be Doing

Tapping and deburring of products.

Examine detailed drawings or specifications, material and equipment requirements under supervisor guidance to perform work.

(કામગીરી કરવા માટેસપુ રવાઇઝરના માગટદશટન હઠે ળ નવગતવાર રેખાકું નો, નવનશષ્ટતાઓ, સામગ્રી અનેસાધનોની આવશ્યકતાઓનુું પરીક્ષણ કરો.)

Set up and adjust machines and equipment.

(મશીન અનેસાધનો સેટ અનેએડિસ્ટ કરો)

Maintain organized, clean and orderly work area.

(સ ુંગટઠત, સ્વચ્છ અનેવ્યવસ્સ્થત કામ નવસ્તાર જાળવો)

Operate machines to produce parts or tools by grinding / drilling or components.

(ગ્રાઇન્ડીંગ / ટિલિિંગ અથવા ઘટકો દ્વારા ભાગો અથવા સાધનોનુું નનમાટણ કરવા મશીનોનુું સ ુંચાિન કરો)

Fit and assemble metal parts, tools or sub-assemblies, including welding partst.

(વેલ્ડિંગ ભાગો સટહત મેટિ ભાગો, સાધનો અથવા પેટા ભાગો ટફટ અનેભેગા કરવા)

Preparing instrument box, Bending, plates & fitting handle lock.

બેલન્ડિંગ પ્િેટ અનેટફટટિંગ હન્ેડિ િૉક તૈયાર કરવા)

Check accuracy and quality of finished parts, tools or sub-assemblies.

(સમાપ્ત થયેિા ભાગો, સાધનો અથવા પેટા-સાધનોની ચોકસાઇ અનેગણુ વત્તા તપાસવી)

Provide immediate responses to emergency work orders.

(તાત્કાલિક કામનેતાત્કાલિક પ્રત્યત્તુ રો આપવા)

Ensure mechanical work is performed in accordance with safety requirements

(યાુંનત્રક કામ સિામતી િરૂટરયાતો નેધ્યાનમાું રાખીનેકરવામાું આવેછેતેની ખાતરી કરો)

Filling relevant documents throughout process and maintain filing and record.

(પ્રટરયા દરમ્યાન સ ુંબ ુંનધત દસ્તાવેિો ભરીનેઅનેફાઇલિિંગ અનેરેકોડટ જાળવી રાખવો)

Essential Requirements

2-3 yrs experience with ITI or Certified Mechanist degree.

Desirable Requirements

Knowledge of mechanical machines and operations.
