Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Gallery Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our flagship gallery. This is more than a retail management role—it is an prospect to create memorable customer experiences, drive luxury sales, build relationships with architects and designers, and ensure the gallery reflects the highest standards of the Ziba brand.
The ideal candidate has experience in luxury retail, furniture, interiors, art galleries,



or premium lifestyle brands and enjoys building long-term client relationships while managing a high-performing team. Luxury furniture showrooms increasingly emphasize relationship-led sales, CRM, merchandising, and end-to-end customer experience, making these core responsibilities for the role.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Convert walk-in customers into long-term clients.
Build relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and HNI customers.
Conduct product presentations and consultations.
Generate repeat business through proactive client follow-ups.
Prepare quotations, negotiate orders, and close sales.
Customer Experience
Deliver an exceptional luxury buying experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Manage bespoke furniture enquiries from concept through delivery.
Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure complete satisfaction.
