The Manager – Language Lab Operations is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of the online language training division, ensuring seamless coordination between trainers and students while delivering an exceptional virtual learning experience. The role involves managing class schedules, handling student inquiries, driving enrollments, and ensuring the smooth execution of all online language training activities.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with language trainers to schedule, manage, and monitor online training sessions.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online Language Lab, ensuring productive and uninterrupted virtual class delivery.
Handle student inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms, providing accurate information about language programs.
Counsel prospective students and convert inquiries into enrollments through timely follow-ups and effective communication.
Monitor online class schedules, trainer availability,



attendance, and student participation.
Act as the primary point of contact between trainers and students to ensure a smooth and engaging online learning experience.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, enrollments, attendance, and student progress using CRM and internal systems.
Coordinate with the admissions and study abroad counseling teams to support students with language training requirements.
Generate regular operational reports on enrollments, class performance, attendance, and trainer utilization.
Continuously improve operational processes to enhance student satisfaction and training efficiency.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in online education, language training operations, or student services is preferred.
Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal abilities.
