You will lead projects from concept to execution, ensuring designs meet functional needs, are manufacturable, cost-effective, competitive & high-quality. Leveraging your expertise to tackle complex challenges, you will define strategies for analytical studies, and mentor less experienced engineers in a collaborative environment.
Your responsibilities will include capturing customer needs, designing core technologies, developing risk mitigation plans, and leading root cause analysis.

What You Will Do
Collaborate with product management to develop technology roadmaps around customer needs for new technology and product development.
Lead management and development of core technologies (building blocks). Own a portfolio of design building blocks targeted to be used in product development.
Lead documentation of project scope, requirements, feasibility, and engineering work plans.
Lead technical discussions with customers, building relationships on Molex’s technical capabilities and ability to solve problems.
