Role Description
We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to join LEDFlex Group and lead our HR function in India.
Our Hyderabad office is now home to 80+ employees, and we're growing quickly. We're looking for someone who can help us build the people function needed for the next stage of that growth. What You'll Own:

• Building and leading the HR team

Qualifications & Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, including leadership responsibility
• Strong expertise in HR operations, employee lifecycle management and best practices
• Solid understanding of Indian labour laws, compliance requirements and employee relations
• Proven experience across recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement
• Experience designing training, development and career growth initiatives
• Ability to use HR data, HRIS systems and reporting tools to support business decisions
• Solid communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; postgraduate qualification
