Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and provide a friendly, personalized shopping experience.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend products that suit their style and needs.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and current fashion trends.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed according to visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks,
and maintaining product availability.
• Handle POS billing, returns, exchanges, and payment transactions accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are well-organized.
• Resolve customer queries professionally while delivering excellent service.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and store guidelines.
Requirements:
• 12th Pass or equivalent qualification (preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or fashion retail.
• Passion for fashion and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with solid sales and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
