Role Overview
The Senior Associate – Purchase (Infrastructure) will be responsible for end-to-end procurement of infrastructure-related materials and services required for setting up and maintaining battery swapping stations, warehouses, offices, and operational facilities. The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders, vendors, project teams, and finance to ensure timely procurement, cost optimization, and uninterrupted project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Vendor Management
Execute end-to-end procurement of infrastructure-related materials, equipment, and services.
Source vendors for civil works, electrical items, fabrication, HVAC, interiors,



signage, security systems, and facility-related requirements.
Float RFQs/RFPs, evaluate quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize vendors.
Develop and maintain a reliable vendor database across multiple regions.
Conduct vendor evaluations and monitor vendor performance on quality, delivery, and service.
Purchase Operations
Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely processing through ERP systems.
Track order status and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.
Resolve procurement-related issues including delays, shortages, quality concerns, and invoice discrepancies.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and approval workflows.
Cost Optimization
Identify opportunities for cost savings through vendor negotiations and alternate sourcing.
Monitor market trends and pricing for infrastructure materials and services.
