About the role
You'll be the person who takes a signed client from "we just bought this" to "this is running and driving results." At JoyzAI, that means standing up their AI chatbot and AI calling agents end-to-end — building the knowledge base, configuring the agent's behaviour, wiring up the lead and CRM flows, and then staying with them so the product actually delivers.
This is not a ticket-closing role. It's a build-and-own role. You're technical enough to configure agents yourself, and human enough to make clients feel taken care of at every step. You delight customers by solving the real problem, not by marking a query "resolved."
What you'll do
Onboarding & agent setup
Own new-client onboarding from kickoff to go-live: scope the use case, gather source material, and set explicit delivery timelines.
Build and structure knowledge bases from client content (websites, brochures, PDFs, FAQs) so the AI answers accurately and on-brand.
Configure AI chatbot and AI calling agents across the platform — Tasks, Access, Behaviour, and AI Config — including prompt design,
conversation flows, guardrails, and tone (including Hinglish where needed).
Set up CRM contact fields, ticket types, and automated workflows so leads and conversations route correctly.
Configure voice agent call handling — greetings, one-question-per-turn flows, voicemail/no-answer/silence fallbacks, and WhatsApp follow-ups for links and addresses.
Integrations & data flow
Wire up lead pipelines — e.g. Meta lead forms → Joyz webhook, Google Sheets automations — and validate that phone/contact data lands clean and deduplicated.
Coordinate WhatsApp Business API setup with clients (WABA, embedded signup, number provisioning) and troubleshoot access or restriction issues.
Assist with booking, calendar, and payment integrations where the client's flow requires them.
Ongoing success
Run demos, walkthroughs, and handover sessions so clients can self-serve confidently.
