About the Role:
We’re looking for a performance marketing leader to join our core team and scale our annual marketing deployment from approximately $6.3M to $31M, while maintaining strong unit economics.
You will own app user acquisition across Meta, Google, and other channels, and build the team and systems required to support this scale.

What You’ll Own
Build and execute the performance marketing strategy




Scale app marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging channels
Own CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback period, and contribution margin
Build and manage a high-performing performance marketing team
Run structured experiments across creatives, audiences, bidding, pricing, and product funnels
Improve attribution, reporting, automation, and performance monitoring
Partner with product, content, data, and revenue teams to improve conversion and monetization

What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and app marketing platforms
Experience using mobile attribution tools such as AppsFlyer
Experience managing and scaling large digital marketing budgets
Solid understanding of attribution, bidding, creative testing, and conversion optimization
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
