Role Description
We are looking for a Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, content, and marketing execution, while working closely with the founder and creative team.
This is a high-ownership role - ideal for someone who wants to build a brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Drive overall brand strategy, positioning, and messaging aligned with business goals
Build and evolve clear category narratives across deodorants, soaps, and body care
Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints (digital, packaging, offline, and marketplaces)
Consumer Insights & Market Intelligence
Develop a deep understanding of consumer behavior, category trends, and competitive landscape
Conduct market and consumer research to identify growth opportunities




Translate insights into actionable brand and product strategies
Content, Campaigns & Storytelling
Conceptualize and lead marketing campaigns, product launches, and founder-led storytelling
Work closely with the Creative Lead (design, photography, video) to bring ideas to life
Ensure all content aligns with brand strategy and drives performance, not just aesthetics
Product Launches & Go-To-Market
Own go-to-market strategy for recent product launches and category expansions
Work closely with R&D;, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution
Ensure launches are differentiated, well-timed, and commercially effective
Partnerships & Community
Build and scale influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and community-led initiatives
Focus on creating meaningful, long-term brand associations
Performance, Brand Health & ROI
Track performance across campaigns, channels, and categories
Monitor brand health
