What Your Role Entails
To spearhead design and development of embedded controllers and inverter drives for the entire range of products (Room AC, ducted VRF, Chillers and heat pumps).



This role will focus on leveraging digital platforms and cultivating expertise in emerging technologies and will also ensure our products meet stringent compliance standards while driving innovation and agility in electronic hardware design

What You’ll Do:
1. Electronic Hardware Testing - Ensure DFM, DFA, and DFT compliance during design. - Perform thermal analysis, derating analysis, and circuit simulation as required.

2. System Architecture & Interface Design - Define the overall electronic system architecture, including power circuitry, sensing networks, safety protections, and motor integration, communication interfaces (UART, RS485, CAN, I²C, SPI).

3. Firmware Integration & Handshaking Definition - Develop and document handshaking protocols between hardware, compressor drive, and fan drive. - Work closely with firmware teams to validate logic, fault handling, and system safety behaviours.

4. System Validation & Testing - Conduct functional testing, performance validation, and environmental testing (high/low temp, humidity, thermal shock) for
