Familiarity with observability concepts such as metrics, telemetry pipelines, schema-driven development
Build, maintain, and improve test infrastructure used, including automated test workflows
Develop automation and tooling to improve test execution, coverage, stability, and debuggability
Generate and maintain performance reports for observability test runs and benchmarks
Build and enhance Grafana dashboards for metrics visualization, test health, and performance trend analysis
Integrate and optimize test workflows in Jenkins and CI pipelines
Investigate test failures, infrastructure issues, regressions, and flaky behavior; identify root causes and drive issues to resolution
Partner with developers and test engineers to improve tooling, reporting, and automation across the test lifecycle
Analyze failure patterns and performance trends to proactively identify reliability gaps and improvement opportunities
Contribute to internal frameworks, scripts, and tools using Python and other programming languages as needed
Help establish best practices for test observability, reporting, and infrastructure reliability
