About the Role
We're looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about creating seamless shopping experiences that drive customer engagement and conversions.
You will work across all Knot Home brands designing customer experiences for multiple eCommerce stores across the GCC and international markets. Beyond creating beautiful interfaces, you'll continuously test, analyze, and improve the user journey to increase conversion rates, reduce friction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
This role requires someone who combines creative design thinking with analytical problem-solving, understands eCommerce best practices, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive and engaging user experiences across desktop and mobile eCommerce websites.
Conduct UX research and analyze customer behavior using qualitative and quantitative insights.
Create user personas, customer journey maps,



user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Design high-fidelity interfaces that align with brand identity while optimizing usability and conversions.
Improve key customer journeys.
Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, Product, Developers, and CRO teams to improve website performance.
Plan, conduct, and document usability testing sessions with real users.
Perform UI/UX audits and identify friction points affecting conversion rates.
Validate designs through A/B testing, heatmaps, session recordings, customer feedback, and analytics.
Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and smooth design handoff.
Maintain and evolve the company's design system, reusable UI components, and documentation.
Monitor website performance and continuously recommend UX improvements based on customer behavior and business goals.
