About The Role

We are looking for a Merchant Offers Operations Executive to support our Merchant Partnerships team in delivering high-quality merchant-funded offer programs across India, UAE, and Southeast Asia.

This role is the operational backbone of the Merchant Offers team, ensuring seamless execution of merchant onboarding, offer launches, catalog quality, client deliverables, reporting, and operational governance.

You will work closely with Partnerships Managers, Product,



Engineering, Operations, Growth, Client Success, and supplier partners to ensure offers are launched accurately, delivered on time, and maintained to the highest quality standards.

This is not a traditional operations role. We are building an AI-first Merchant Operations function and are looking for someone who enjoys automating repetitive work, improving operational processes, leveraging AI tools, and building scalable workflows that enhance team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Merchant Offer Operations
Support Partnerships Managers in onboarding and launching merchant-funded offers across multiple markets.
Upload and maintain merchant offers, campaign information, images, terms & conditions, redemption instructions, and offer mechanics across internal platforms.
Coordinate with merchants and internal stakeholders to collect onboarding documents and operational information.
