We are expanding our enterprise outreach team and looking for high-energy SDRs to accelerate our growth.
Role Objective
The SDR is the first point of contact between LearnRush and enterprise customers.
Your core responsibility:
? Generate qualified sales meetings with L&D; decision-makers through high-volume outbound outreach.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Conducting 120–150 outbound calls daily to enterprise prospects.
Engaging senior stakeholders including:
L&D; Heads
CHROs
Training Managers
HR Leaders
Generating interest in LearnRush LMS and booking product demos.
Executing multi-channel outreach:
Cold calling
Emails
LinkedIn messaging
Following structured outreach sequences and cadences.
Qualifying leads based on defined BANT criteria.
Maintaining accurate activity records in CRM.
Collaborating closely with the Account Executive team.
Consistently meeting and exceeding pipeline generation targets.
Target Market
Enterprises with 500+ employees
Industries: BFSI, FinTech, Manufacturing, IT/ITES, Retail, Pharma
Geography: India (with future global expansion)
Performance Metrics
Success in this role is measured by:
150 outbound calls per day
15–20 meaningful conversations daily
3–5 qualified meetings scheduled per day
60–80 qualified demos per month
CRM hygiene and activity discipline
