Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with schools and educational institutions, and promoting the company's products and services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable with field visits and client meetings, and have a passion for consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with school leaders, including Principals, Directors, Chairpersons, and academic decision-makers.
Conduct meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and follow-up discussions with prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups,
and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful client implementation.
Represent the company at educational events, exhibitions, seminars, and networking opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Travel within Delhi NCR (and occasionally to nearby locations, if required) for client meetings and business development activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate / Postgraduate from a reputed or leading college.
Solid academic background with good grades.
Active participation in college societies or leadership roles will be an added advantage.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Confident in meeting senior stakeholders and conducting client presentations.
