Role Description
The Content & Brand Manager at "OGIE-Way" will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive brand strategy for organic growth and oversee content creation. You’ll work closely with the founder and external creators, managing everything from shoot direction to final post-production.

This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in shaping brand narratives, driving creative direction, and ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence across various channels. This role is instrumental in shaping OGIE's visual identity,



content strategy, and overall brand presence.

Responsibilities

Brand Strategy and Direction:
Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with OGIE's core values and target audience.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
Content Creation and Graphics:
Oversee the creation of visually striking graphics, videos, and content that resonate with OGIE's brand philosophy.
Lead the design team/freelancers in producing engaging graphics, short/long form videos and social media assets.
Craft compelling and on-brand copy for various channels, including social media, marketing materials, and product descriptions.
