About The Role
We are looking for driven, customer-focused Sales Consultants and Senior Sales Consultants who are passionate about helping professionals invest in their growth. This role is perfect for someone with a knack for consultative selling who thrives in a dynamic, target-driven environment. What You'll Be Doing
? Consult, Guide & Convert: Connect with high-intent inbound leads. Understand learners' career aspirations, build trust through consultative conversations, and recommend the right GrowthSchool programs.
? Own Your Sales Pipeline: Manage leads end-to-end, from qualification through enrollment. Schedule discovery sessions, independently close sales, and maintain accurate CRM records.
? Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with Marketing, Account Executives, and Program Managers to refine outreach strategies. Share vital customer insights and feedback to continuously elevate the learner experience.
? Deliver Results: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets while tracking performance metrics to optimize your conversion rates.
Experience Requirements
✅ What We're Looking For
Sales Consultant: 1 to 3 years of sales experience in EdTech, SaaS, or Learning & Development.
Senior Sales Consultant: 3 to 5 years of sales experience in EdTech, SaaS, or Learning & Development.
