Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Experience Required: Minimum 4+ years of sales experience in the Elevator, Escalator, and Mechanical Parking industry.

Educational Qualification: B.E. Mechanical Engineering.

Language Requirements

- Mandatory: English, Kannada, Hindi.
- Preferred: Tamil.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities in the elevator, escalator, and mechanical parking segments.




- Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis reports, and business development strategies.
- Conduct technical and commercial presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of the Elevator, Escalator, and Mechanical Parking industry.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent statistical analysis and sales forecasting capabilities.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
