Role Description:
At Multimoney Forex, we are seeking an experienced Forex Card Operations Executive to manage the backend processing of Forex Card issuance, reloads, unloads, compliance checks, and transaction verification. The role requires hands-on experience with Forex Card Management Systems, document validation,



maker-checker processes, and card operations. We are specifically looking for professionals with 3–5 years of experience in Forex Card Operations or prepaid card-processing environments. Kolkata-based professionals are encouraged to apply. Kolkata natives currently working in other cities and looking to relocate back are also welcome, with relocation support available for eligible candidates.

Note: Candidates with only branch forex operations, foreign currency dealing, remittance processing, cashiering, or forex sales experience and No Forex Card platform exposure will not be suitable for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Operate Forex Card Management Systems for card issuance, reload, unload, and maintenance transactions.
● Create and maintain cardholder profiles within the card platform.
● Configure multi-currency wallets and validate currency allocations.
● Process card load
