Whom are we looking for?

We are looking for an Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is equal parts hustler and operator. You will own the top of the funnel for Treelife: finding the right founders, sparking conversations, and making sure no lead falls through the cracks.

This is not a pure cold-calling role and not a pure CRM-admin role. You will do both. You are comfortable picking up the phone, building pipeline in a CRM,



and thinking about what a quality conversation looks like for a CA/legal firm advising founders.

If you are obsessive about follow-through, know your way around a CRM (or can learn rapid), and want to be part of building something, this is the role

What will be your key responsibilities?

Outbound prospecting
Identify and research target founders, CFOs, and business owners across sectors and funding stages
Reach out via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and phone to generate qualified meetings for the advisory team
Write personalised outreach that reflects Treelife's positioning, not generic templates
CRM ownership
Own Treelife's CRM: data hygiene, pipeline stages, activity logging, and follow-up sequences
Set up and maintain lead lists, track outreach status, and make sure nothing slips
Build reports and dashboards to give visibility on pipeline health
Calling and qualification
Make discovery calls to understand a prospect's needs and qualify fit for Treelife
