Are you passionate about counselling, admissions, and the beauty industry? We're looking for an enthusiastic Counsellor to join our Makeup Academy team

? Location: Rajouri Garden, New Delhi
? Experience: 3–5 years (Beauty/Makeup Academy counselling experience preferred)
? Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students about makeup and beauty courses.
Handle inbound & outbound leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Conduct face-to-face and telephonic counselling.
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for smooth admissions.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.




Experience in education counselling or beauty/makeup academy admissions is preferred.
Target-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
