Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development & Client Servicing (BDCS)



Manager with a strong background in advertising, branding, marketing, or media sales.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating business, acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
This is a performance-driven role for someone who understands the advertising industry, can build CXO-level relationships, identify opportunities, prepare strategic proposals, and convert leads into long-term clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
Build relationships with CEOs, CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, HR Heads, Procurement Teams, and Business Owners.
Develop a consistent sales pipeline across multiple industry sectors.
Identify client pain points and recommend suitable marketing and advertising solutions.
