Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Associate – Business Development with experience in the market research and intelligence industry. The ideal candidate should have exposure to syndicated research, custom research solutions, and client engagement across research-driven offerings.
This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a rapid-paced, growth-focused environment and enjoys building client relationships while contributing directly to business growth and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities




Drive business development initiatives for syndicated and customized market research solutions across multiple industries and geographies.
Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients including consulting firms, corporates, investment firms, and strategy teams.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound outreach, LinkedIn networking, email campaigns, and strategic business development efforts.
Understand client business challenges and recommend relevant research and intelligence solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions with confidence and professionalism.
Collaborate closely with internal research and consulting teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Manage the complete business development lifecycle from lead generation to closure and account management.
Develop long-term client relationships and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
