About The Role
As a Production Manager (AI Content - Partner & Agencies), you will own the end-to-end execution of multiple AI micro-drama shows. You will be the operational glue between Dashverse production and partner agencies, ensuring timelines are met, dependencies are managed,



and output quality remains consistently high. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of creative execution and operational excellence in a quick-moving AI-first environment.

Your Part
Own End-to-End Production Execution: Plan and manage production timelines across agencies for multiple ongoing shows.
Drive Daily Operations: Own day-to-day execution including task allocation, progress tracking, bottleneck resolution, and timely escalations to ensure smooth delivery, working with internal creative teams as well as reporting production coordinators
Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Creative Producers, Art Leads, Animation Leads, and Post teams to align on priorities, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
Ensure Quality & Process Discipline: Enforce SOPs, workflows, and quality benchmarks across all production stages to maintain consistency and scale.
