Role Description
We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Fresher / 0–1 Year Experience to join our team in Surat. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for candidates who have excellent English communication skills, a technical mindset, and a strong interest in the Solar & Renewable Energy industry.

Experience: Fresher to 1 Year Preferred

Employment Type: Full time | On-Site
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Candidate Preference: Surat-based candidates preferred

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable solar solutions. The role will involve B2B communication, client interaction, lead generation, proposal preparation, follow-ups, and coordination with internal technical teams.
The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with clients, comfortable understanding technical concepts, willing to learn about solar products and solutions,



and motivated to build a career in Business Development and Technical Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through calls, emails, online research, references, and other channels.
Identify and research potential B2B clients in the solar and renewable energy sector.
Communicate professionally with clients in English through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical/design team for suitable solutions.
Learn and understand basic solar technology, products, systems, and technical specifications.
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, presentations, and other client-related documents.
Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Build and maintain professional relationships with potential and existing clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely execution.
