About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager – Client Servicing with a solid understanding of Performance Marketing to lead strategic client relationships and drive business growth.

This is not a traditional client servicing role. The majority of accounts you'll manage are performance marketing-led businesses across industries such as Real Estate, Education, Healthcare and other lead-generation focused brands.

You will be expected to understand business objectives, interpret campaign performance,



collaborate closely with Performance Marketing teams, challenge strategies where required, and confidently guide clients toward better marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Own strategic relationships with key client accounts and act as their trusted growth partner.
Understand each client's business model, revenue goals, customer acquisition strategy, and marketingfunnel.
Manage all aspects of client communications, ensuring expectations are understood, addressed, and exceeded.
Lead end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns by coordinating with Performance Marketing, Creative, SEO, Content, and Design teams.
Oversee content calendars, campaign launches, creative approvals, and timely delivery of social media initiatives across all managed accounts.
