Salary Range: 30,000 - 60,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Drive business growth by sourcing and disbursing vehicle finance loans (CV & Cars).

Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, brokers, and channel partners.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in Chennai.

Oversee branch operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Conduct field visits for customer sourcing, verification, and dealer engagement.

Ensure portfolio quality by coordinating closely with the collections team.

Support and monitor collections activities to maintain healthy asset quality.





Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Prepare and present regular MIS reports on sales performance and collections.

Key Requirements:

3-8 years of experience in vehicle finance (Commercial Vehicles & Cars).

Strong network with dealers and local market in Chennai.

Proven track record in sales and target achievement.

Hands-on experience in handling collections support and portfolio management.

Leadership skills with the ability to manage a branch/team.

Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
